Montrose-studio is a Dress store. Our collections draw influence from special occasion wear and classic tailoring, creating refined yet practical garments designed to be on multiple occasions.
What type of clothing do you offer?
We design versatile dresses that balance Elegance with everyday wearability—pieces suited to Occasions as well as modern daily use, without sacrificing quality or detail.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date they leave our warehouse (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend or hidden charges.
Where do you currently ship?
At present, Montrose-studio delivers exclusively within Australia. We plan to expand internationally as the brand grows.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please check your tracking information first. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@montrose-studio.com and we’ll investigate promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes. If your order isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Simply email info@montrose-studio.com , and our team will guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges instead of refunds?
We do. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us and we’ll help arrange a replacement.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, please email info@montrose-studio.com with a photo and brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order after placing it?
